To be held at the East London Agricultural Show 2012

at the Gonubie Farmer's Hall

from 27 April to 1 May

Exhibits must be benched on 25 April 2012 between 14 00 and 20 00.

Judging to take place at 09 00 on 26 April  2012

Presentation of prizes at 13 00 on 1 May 2012

 NO SICK POULTRY WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE HALL

Exhibitors may take entries from 15 00 on 1 May 2012

PRIZE MONEY:

Prize money will be paid as follows:

1 - 5 Entries per class : Card only

6 - 12 Entries per class: 1st Prize R 15-00

13 - 18 Entries per class: 1st Prize R 20-00

19 and over per class: 1st Prize R 30-00

SPECIAL PRIZE:

Best of Breed R 40-00 providing there are more than 15 entries in the breed.

EAST LONDON POULTRY SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP:

Adult Members: R 20-00 per annum

Junior Members:R 10-00 per annum

ENTRIES: R 3.00 each
